Peach gum snow lotusseed Gum Tragacanth Dessert

Ingredient: Snow Lotus Seed, Peach Gum,Gum Tragacanth , Osmanthus, Red Date 6 pieces

Steps:

1. Snow Lotus Seed, Peach Gum,Gum Tragacanth wash and soak separately for 8 hours. After 8 hours, washand remove impurities from Peach Gum and Gum Tragacanth.
2. Bring a pot of water to boil, add SnowLotus Seed, Peach Gum and Red dates. Cook for half hour, addin  Gum Tragacanth and cook for another half hour. Stiroccasionally to prevent sticking to pot.
3.  Sprinkle little Osmanthus onto the cookeddessert and serve. Can be served hot or cold.
