Peach gum snowlotus seed Gum Tragacanth Dessert

Ingredient: Snow Lotus Seed, PeachGum, Gum Tragacanth , Osmanthus, Red Date 6 pieces

Steps:

1. Snow Lotus Seed, PeachGum, Gum Tragacanth wash and soak separately for 8 hours. After 8 hours,wash and remove impurities from Peach Gum and Gum Tragacanth.
2.  Bring a pot of water toboil, add Snow Lotus Seed, Peach Gum and Red dates. Cook for half hour,add in  Gum Tragacanth and cook for another half hour. Stiroccasionally to prevent sticking to pot.
3. Sprinkle little Osmanthus ontothe cooked dessert and serve. Can be served hot or cold.
