2. Products for exchange shall be returned in its originalcondition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer togetherwith proof of purchase. Exchangeof Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

c. If the product is different from the Orderdelivered.
*For bird's nest, Cordyceps sinensis and otherprecious products, we have repeatedly reviewed and confirmed before shipment.Therefore, if we receive complaints or feedback, we will take this matterseriously and require customers to cooperate with our work process.
