1. For exchange, please email to xinhenghong@gmail.comwith your order number and information on the affected item within 3 days ofreceiving the goods. For more details or inquiries on shipping and delivery issues, please contact our Customer Service as stated below:

2. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the product is near expiry or expired;or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered.
*For bird's nest, Cordyceps sinensis and other precious products, we have repeatedly reviewed and confirmed before shipment.Therefore, if we receive complaints or feedback, we will take this matter seriously and require customers to cooperate with our work process.
3. Exchange of Products can only be exchanged with the same product.

*对于燕窝，冬虫夏草等珍贵产品我们已在发货前再三审核及确认因此倘若收到投诉或反馈等问题我们将严正看待此事并且需要客户配合我们的工作流程。
3.产品交换只能与同一产品交换。
